Return & Refund Policy
 

• We do not accept returns unless the item delivered is damaged or defective from our end. In such cases
   

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email (khandaani.in@gmail.com)
   

• Attach clear photographs of the damaged item
   

• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging

• Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

 
Order Cancellations
 
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement. After this window, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation. To cancel an order, email us immediately with your order ID.
