REFUND POLICY

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of return pickup confirmation. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged on delivery)
Products without original tags and packaging
Customized or made-to-order garments

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Post this window, cancellations are not guaranteed as order processing begins.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not support exchanges. If the item you receive is eligible for a return (as per the policy above), you may return it for a refund and place a new order.
