We aim to deliver every Khandaani garment with care, speed, and full transparency. Our shipping process is designed to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and within the expected timeframe.



 
Processing Time
 
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.



 
Shipping Duration
 
We currently ship across India. Standard delivery timelines are as follows:
 

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

 
Please note that during festivals, launches, or nationwide sales, delivery times may be slightly longer due to higher demand.



 
Shipping Partners
 
We work with reliable and trusted courier partners to ensure smooth and safe delivery. All orders are shipped with tracking information. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive:
 

• A shipping confirmation email
   

• A tracking number with a live status link

 

 
Shipping Charges
 

•  We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) availability additional charges may apply (subject to your pin code).

Delivery Issues
 
If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please take photographs immediately and contact our team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Undeliverable Packages
 
In case a package is undeliverable due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the product will be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
